Week Notes 2026-04

📅 Week of 2026-01-19 - 2026-01-25
I've followed Noisy Deadline's blog for a while now, and I always loved seeing her week notes. Week notes are an indie web concept where you publish a post at the end of each week detailing things you did. I decided I'd document my studying within the infosec space through week notes.

- HTB How to Become a Pentester This was a nice intro guide on how to get started in pentesting. It actually inspired me to do these week notes. Having a blog showing continual learning should be helpful to set me apart when I'm looking for a job. I'm going to also start doing more CTFs and things like HTB machines to build my skills and to post write-ups for them.
